Magnus Energy Services W.L.L. is a supplier of quality products and services to the energy industry.

Established in late 2010, Magnus Energy Services is an independent private limited company operating from its head office in Doha, Qatar, with a showroom/warehouse at the Industrial Area, Qatar.

Our senior management has been drawn from manufacturing, production, services, sales and financial environments within the industry to create a body of knowledge and competence that delivers. This delivery is achieved through our standards of professionalism and business ethics.

    Our QHSE Philosophy

    Since its establishment in 2010, Magnus Energy Services has strived to achieve the highest standards for every aspect of its business. Health and safety, customer satisfaction, and environmental protection are key focus points for the company.

    With the acquisition of Magnus into the IRM Group in 2013, there was an added benefit from the existing three primary management systems (Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental) into a fully integrated QHSE system.

    Continuous improvement is a core focus for the group and its management policy is to achieve this through meaningful engagement with customers, suppliers and employees.

    IRM Group has achieved the following approved international standards:

  • ISO 9001:2008 (Quality)
  • ISO 14001:2004 (Environment)
  • OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health & Safety)

  • IRM Group operates a comprehensive Crisis Management Plan to ensure the safety of all our employees around the world. We also employ a fulltime Compliance Officer who holds responsibilities for customer and supplier contracts and works closely with the QHSE team.

    Our Approach

    Magnus ES aims to be reliable responsive and respectful in everything that we do. We put people first and invest in training our staff to appreciate and deliver good customer care.

    All of our staff complete training in customer care and we encourage employees to highlight good customer service and examples of times when we did not do so well, so that we can all learn from these experiences.

    We regularly ask clients for feedback about how satisfied they are with their interactions with us and use this information to continually improve our services.
