Bespoke Solar PV Power Systems

We, as an integrator have the technical expertise to design bespoke solar power systems, customised to meet your exact specifications in terms of power requirements, level of certification and applications. Magnus versatile and rugged range of solar electrical systems for individual or multiple installations, suitable for a wide range of customer projects in demanding gas & dust hazard environments as well as safe areas. The primary solar Photovoltaic Module is highly resistant to water, abrasion, hail impact and other severe weather conditions, making it suitable for use in any climate.

Our dedicated team can custom design and manufacture a portable or permanent certified Zone 1 or 2 solar PV powered system, with battery back-up to provide required autonomy for a multitude of applications in hazardous and safe areas. Current applications for this reliable and economical energy source include lighting, air conditioner, remote marine navigation and aviation warning systems, communications & wifi, site traffic management, pipeline / valve leak detection and fluid / vapour flow monitoring, security applications and offshore HPU UPS systems.

Zone 1 / 2 Solar Power System (SPS)

Magnus Energy Services’ clean, renewable and green energy solutions are custom tailored to suit the requirements of both onshore and offshore oil and gas installations, Marine, supplying Ex power systems which are portable, cost-effective, low maintenance and suitable for harsh and hazardous environments present in industries.

The use of renewable systems has the ability to completely replace diesel generators, or be used in conjunction to reduce emissions, fuel usage and maintenance by up to 70%.

The Solar Power System is a compact solar power supply unit and is available in different power ratings from 20-186W with output voltages ranging from 12V-240V AC or DC. A SPS comes with a solar panel, to convert solar energy into electricity, a battery pack, to store energy for use during periods of power cut or darkness or shade, and a solar control unit, which provides battery management, monitoring and protection. The control unit can also include power conversion to provide regulated AC or DC output if required.
